Is there a contract?

Yes, we require a minimum of 3 months lease contract for our bedspace accommodation.

What are the requirements?

Certificate of Employment (stating annual or monthly income)
Government issued ID
1x1 ID pic
1 month deposit and 1 month advance (minimum of 3 months lease)

What if I am newly hired?

Please present a copy of your job offer. Confidentiality of the documents is observed.

Where are you located?

We are located in Makati City, near BGC area, Boni MRT and Guadalupe Nuevo.

Is Utilities included in the rate?

Utilities are excluded from the rent rates. Utilities are equally divided to all occupants of the room
